This license grants you the right to use the RAD Library for personal, non-commercial projects. You may not use it in paid client work, commercial products, or redistribute it in any form.
Jackie Curry ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the RAD Library design system assets — including components, patterns, documentation, and associated files — for the purposes described below.
The RAD Library and all included assets remain the intellectual property of Jackie Curry. This license grants you the right to use the work, not to own it. All copyright and proprietary notices must be preserved in any retained copies.
The RAD Library is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor makes no representations about the suitability of the library for any purpose. Use is at your own risk.
In no event shall Jackie Curry be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the RAD Library, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the RAD Library in your possession.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If your use case changes and you require commercial rights, you may upgrade to the Commercial License at jackiecurry.github.io/rad.html. The upgrade price difference will not be prorated.
By downloading and using the RAD Library, you agree to the terms of this license. If you do not agree, do not use the files.
