Disclosure Alerts

Purpose Surfaces when AI is acting, what data it used, and what confidence level applies — at the moment the action occurs.
Use when Any AI system takes an action, makes a recommendation, or processes user data on their behalf.
Do not use For purely informational displays with no AI involvement.
Failure mode prevented Users unknowingly rely on AI-generated content without understanding its basis, leading to unchecked errors propagating downstream.
