Purpose Surfaces the full footprint of an agent run — data scope, systems affected, irreversible actions, external exposure, regulatory risk.
Use when After any multi-step agent run; before approving consequential actions; in governance and compliance views.
Do not use As a replacement for HC01 (HITL) — impact assessment shows footprint, HITL gates approval.
Failure mode prevented Organizations unable to understand the cumulative impact of autonomous AI actions across systems, creating hidden regulatory exposure.
